Dr. Tan Yoke Meng

Dr. Tan obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the National University of Singapore in 2001. After graduation, he was based in various government institutions such as the SingHealth Polyclinics, Singapore Armed Forces Dental Centre etc. The exposure to various government institutions has honed his clinical skills to treat patients ranging from all ages and all walks of life with different dental needs. In 2005, Dr. Tan started iSmile Dental Clinic in Telok Blangah. He practices a wide scope of general dentistry, which includes wisdom tooth surgery, dental implants, crowns, root canal treatment etc. He believes in providing holistic approach to patients’ oral health needs and provides his best service through current technologies and techniques.

Dr. Phoon Pui Mei

Dr. Phoon graduated from the National University of Singapore with Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2001. Upon graduation, she has served in the National Healthcare Group Polyclinics and Alexandra Hospital Dental Centre. She has been with iSmile Dental Clinic for the past 9 years. A gentle person by nature, she always treats her patients with utmost care and ensures they are fully informed of all treatment options.

Dr. Tay Sze Ling

Dr. Tay obtained her Bachelor of Dental Science with Honours from the University of Melbourne. She was on the Dean’s List and received awards for Best Performance in Periodontics and Endodontics. Dr Tay regularly attends continuing professional dental education, with an interest in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry. She aims to provide patient-centred dentistry by educating patients on oral health and making informed choices. Dr Tay also volunteers at a free dental clinic.

Dr. Charmaine Tan

Dr. Charmaine Tan graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science (Honors) from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. She was awarded multiple First Class Book Prizes throughout her undergraduate years. She was also invited to present at the Royal Academy of Medicines Ireland (Odontology) ceremony for her research paper.

Before entering private practice, Dr. Tan practiced at National Dental Centre, providing advanced general dentistry services whilst focusing on the management of geriatric and special needs patients. She was a recipient of the Singapore health Quality Service Award (SHQSA) for her outstanding service.

Dr. Tan enjoys creating smiles and believes in taking time to understand each individual’s needs and desires in order to provide holistic patient care. She advocates the use of the evidence based dentistry and constantly undergoes dental courses to stay abreast with the latest technology.

Outside dentistry, she enjoys traveling and a game of tennis.
